Now Hiring - Healthcare Sales Route Representative/Courier in Cleveland, OH

Position Summary:

In this full time role, the Sales Route Representative/Courier completes the pickup of field equipment for delivery to a repair center. Using face-to-face customer interaction, the Representative will explore and identify potential new business opportunities for referral.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to medical facilities (primarily hospitals) to pick up equipment for repair and conduct face-to-face commercial meetings with existing and potential new customers
• Assess customer needs through profiling questions
• Solicits customer feedback on prior repair services; inquires about new repair and equipment needs for sales representatives
• Responds to queries about company products and services
• Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients
• Provide clients with status updates on orders
• Ensures full customer satisfaction
• Gain detailed knowledge about the company's products and services
• Other duties as assigned in support of customer service and sales activities

Requirements:

• Ability to take initiative and problem solve
• Ability to make cold calls (within the hospitals)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner
• Proficient in the use of a personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite
• High attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills required
• May be required to sit/drive for long periods of time
• 80% travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.75 - $21.75 per hour
